Julia Cameron在她的一本书中曾说到拼贴画是一种了解自我的方式，并昭示你对生活做出的选择背后更深层的动机。拼贴图Collage,来自法语coller，意思是粘贴。拼贴图用各种不同材质和形状的东西拼出一个全然不同的新东?
Julia Cameron, in her book "The Artist's Way: a spiritual path to higher creativity" promotes collage as a way to get to know yourself and the deeper motivations underlying your choices in life. "Collage" comes from the French word "coller" which means "to glue". The collage blends different various things together to create a new whole.

The Treehouse is presenting an afternoon of collage. Bring your old magazines to be cut and shared by everyone, your scissors and your glue. You can also, newspapers, ribbons, coloured paper, photos, and other found objects - whatever you want - for an afternoon of craft and friendship.

Thanks to everyone who had ever donated and bought things to and from Brandnu. The shop is going well, and now after accumulated an amount of books CDs and DVDs, we opened this book conner at treehouse.
all books are 5 RMB and CD DVD are all 2RMB.

Beijing First Charity Shop
Treehouse has been quiet recently, no events going on. Mainly we were trying to help a friend to set up his charity shop near Lama Temple. The charity shop is now opened and running well. Basicly everyone can donate second hand clothes or books or whatever to this shop and the shop will sell the stuff and the profits will go to the Rural Women project set up by CHinese Women Federation. Clothes that fail to sell out will go to peasant worker shops in suburb of Beijing and sell to workers by 2 or 3 kuai. the rest clothes will go to clothes designing schools where students can re-design or re-cut them. Rural Women also provides rurual women's products or crafts to this charity shop to sell and the profits go back to rural women too.
